Elite Diesel & Auto Works opened in Oak Grove in 2022 with a simple idea: treat every customer the way you'd want your own family treated at a repair shop. That means diagnosing before replacing parts, showing you what's worn, and telling you what can wait. Owner Drew is hands-on with the diagnosis and repairs, and Kylie runs the front desk, so you're talking to the people actually responsible for your vehicle.
Most of what comes through our doors is everyday stuff: the family SUV that's due for an oil change, the commuter car with a check engine light, the minivan whose A/C quit in July, the half-ton that needs brakes and tires. That work matters just as much to us as a big engine job, and it gets the same care.

Common questions
Do you only work on diesels?
No! Despite the name, most of our work is on everyday gas vehicles: cars, SUVs, minivans and pickups of just about every make. We also work on diesel trucks, vans, fleet vehicles and trailers. We don't service vehicles with high-voltage battery drive systems.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. As a NAPA AutoCare center, qualifying repairs come with the NAPA Peace of Mind warranty: 24 months or 24,000 miles on parts and labor, honored nationwide at NAPA AutoCare centers.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are best, and you can request one online or by calling (816) 269-4402. If something comes up suddenly, call and we'll tell you honestly how soon we can look at it.
What are your hours?
Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday 9 AM to 2 PM, closed Saturday and Sunday. After-hours drop-off is available if you call ahead.
